Returns, refunds and your consumer rights
Endee Collectables is an Australian online retailer. Your purchases come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies rights you have under the ACL.
Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described products
If an item is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the ACL.
For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we may be able to repair the item within a reasonable time or provide another appropriate remedy. Your rights do not depend on contacting us within an arbitrary number of days.
Change of mind and incorrect choice
A change of mind, mistaken purchase or ordering the wrong size or colour does not automatically give a right to a return or refund under Australian Consumer Law. If you would like to request a discretionary change-of-mind return, please contact us before sending anything back. We can assess whether an exchange or voluntary return is possible for the particular product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Made-to-order and separately fulfilled products
Some Endee apparel is printed to order and some products may be fulfilled by specialist suppliers. These arrangements do not remove your Australian Consumer Law rights. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for fulfilment information.
How to request help
Email endeecollectables@gmail.com with your order number, the product concerned and a description of the issue. Photos may help us understand damage or faults, but are not a substitute for your legal rights. Please keep the item and reasonable proof of purchase while we help you resolve the matter.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will arrange the refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Any relevant return shipping responsibilities will be considered based on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
