Small Queensland business. Clear product details. A real person to contact.
Endee Collectables is a new, independent family business based in Queensland, Australia. We know buying trading cards from a new shop takes trust. Here is what to check before you order, and how to reach us if you have a question.
Know exactly what you are buying
Our Pokémon booster listings state the language, quantity and whether you are buying a single pack, a factory-sealed retail product or an Endee gift bundle. Products described as factory sealed are supplied in their original manufacturer packaging. Our retailer-assembled gift bundles contain the sealed packs described in the listing; they are not official Pokémon boxed sets.
Booster contents are random. We do not promise specific cards, rarities or hits. Product and wrapper images may be representative, so please read the individual listing for artwork variations and included items.
Ask about stock before ordering
Want to check the packaging, condition or availability of an in-stock item? Contact us before buying. You can also request a current stock photo so you can see the item beyond the catalogue image.
Preorders are clearly labelled
Listings marked PRE-ORDER are not ready for dispatch. Read the product description for payment terms, supplier timing and how a mixed order may be handled. An estimated release date is not a confirmed dispatch date. If timing matters for a gift, contact us before ordering.
Pay through our store checkout
Place your order through this website’s Shopify checkout and review the payment options shown there. Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported, subject to availability on your device and at checkout. Keep your order confirmation for reference.
Delivery, returns and support
Read our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages before ordering. Cards, made-to-order clothing and skateboards can arrive in separate parcels.
If something about your order is wrong, email endeecollectables@gmail.com with your order number and the issue. Include photos if they help explain a packaging or product concern.
